Over at Bach they've been on the hops again...brewing up their beer for the invitation only, NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft-house in Queenstown. Loaded with Motueka, Peacharine, Riwaka and NZ101, it's as kiwi as a mighty ol' S-Bedford which toiled for an era to build our nation and quench thirsts, when NZ pioneered delivering beer to pubs in massive ~5,000 litre beer tankers.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... on a quest for the Holy Grail, they stopped for a pint along the way. This bright IPA is packed with El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Nectaron hops - citrus-forward, tropically unhinged, and nobly bitter. 7.0% ABV

Chocker full of citrus and tropical fruit aroma hops including Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho-7, and brand new Freestyle Manilita, on a juicy Gladfield malt base.

Over at Bach they've been on the Freestyle hop farms... dank and sticky fresh green cones of Nectaron were field harvested at their peak and hightailed to the brewery. Chris and Craig B weaved their brewing magic, dry hopped with new harvest pellets, Riwaka, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron again, for a dank, dripping and fiercely fresh Hazy IPA. Expect waves of ripe stonefruit, sticky passionfruit and a resinous hum.

Originating from East Coast USA, the New England or Hazy IPA style de-emphasizes hop bitterness and showcases hop flavour and aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit juice. Bach Brewing have brewed their first hazy IPA with a juicy combination of Maris Otter; wheat malts, oats, and a truck load of tropical fruit driven hops from NZ, Australia and USA. 6.2% ABV.

Why use a stick of dynamite when a party popper will do the trick? Eazy Hazy brings the colour and spark while keeping things nicely chilled. Succulent US hops deliver lime, passionfruit, and hints of coconut around a creamy, rolled-wheat base to balance the zesty bitter finish.

The Balter XPA will hit your taste buds with tropical and floral aromatics along with a fruity palette. This brew is for those who enjoy an easy to drink, fully-hopped beer.

It is commonly said that drinking beer is like pouring smiles on your brain. Behemoth would have to agree that a great beer does make their brain happy! So, they thought they would take their love for Hazy IPAs and bring that down to a slightly more session-able Hazy Pale Ale; still loads of hops and loads of juiciness, but a bit more moderate on the alcohol. Turn that frown upside down and pour some smiles on your brain.

Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain.

It - it's like that, is it? Yes! Ohh. Oh, all right, then. Here's an absolutely delicious Fresh Hop West Coast IPA that'll start a following and have you singing its blessings. Using fresh NZ Rhapzody that's unashamedly unique, with flavours of stonefruit, tropical and citrus flavours that'll hit your tastebuds slightly different depending on who you are, because we're all individuals, and we're all different, well, except for Dennis.

This strong malty lager is made to be drunk out of big steins (you will use 2.27 of these 440ml cans to fill up a proper stein or Maß in German). Chur-toberfest Festival Lager is brewed for Churly's annual Chur-toberfest celebration in Mt Eden, Auckland. It is made using Behemoth's house lager yeast, Pilsner Malt, Vienna Malt. Munich Malt and Hallertau Blanc hops to make a German lager so flavourful but refreshing. It is made to be drunk responsibly in your favourite Lederhosen or Dirndl and enjoyed alongside some quality Schweinshaxe, Würst or giant Brezel. Prost!

Oh boy, what do we have here! Hauled into the Brewery as fast as Behemoth could muster on a blue pallet. A Fresh Hop West Coast IPA bursting with the glorious powers of Claytons trial hop CIP 076, a hop so juicy it practically fell out of the orchard and into the kettle. Expect a wave of ripe orange, peach, nectarine and mango, backed up by a cheeky little earthy bite that reminds you these hops were happily living on the vine not long ago. It's fresh, punchy, and brighter than whoever came up with these puns... Harvest is in full swing, so grab and enjoy - fresh is best!
