A luxurious and intensely expressive dessert wine made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes aged oxidatively in American oak casks for an average of 8-10 years. The grapes are partially dried under the Spanish sun to concentrate their sugars, then gently pressed and fortified to 15% before completing fermentation. Deep mahogany in colour, this PX offers a rich and seductive nose with intense aromas of sun-dried grapes, figs, dates, and molasses, backed by hints of leather, tobacco, and toasted nuts. The palate is unctuously sweet yet remarkably balanced, with over 290 g/L of natural sugar, offering a velvety mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish that avoids cloying heaviness. An indulgent match for blue cheese, dark chocolate, spiced desserts, or poured over vanilla ice cream.

Ruby port is all about youthful fruit and flavour intensity, and this port delivers perfectly. The nose is ripe and lifted displaying blackberry, raisin and spice characters. The palate is supple and rich with fine tannins and a lovely warm alcohol finish.

Tawny Ports are wines made from grapes that are aged in wooden barrels, exposing them to gradual oxidation and evaporation. As a result, they gradually mellow to a golden brown colour
