Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Oban is the one Single Malt Scotch Whisky in which the rich, complex flavours of the Highlands meet and mingle with the peaty, maritime character of the Islands. Flavours of rich fruits, smoky dryness, honeyed spice, and a whiff of sea salt distinguish this full-bodied 14 Year Old West Highland malt.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

Sherried & Intense. Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming. A'bunadh is a whisky hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. It is bottled at cask strength resulting in a robust and deeply intense, sherried whisky.

The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

A great malt which Jim Murray awarded 95 points in his Whisky Bible, this is excellent value for money. The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range.

The DISTILLERS EDITION is a collection of master-craftsmanship. Each cask in the series is individually selected and perfectly matched to the character of each of the single malts refined here. The two-parted maturation process gives more depth and complexity, which is the idea behind the limited DISTILLERS EDITION: preserving the perfection of the single malts that have already been awarded for their outstanding flavours. The selected taste nuances are more strongly accentuated in a way that is not found in the regular bottlings, but with fully maintaining the original character of these fine single malts. To underline its sea-laced flavours, the Master Distiller of Oban has chosen Montilla Fino. This dry, delicate cask beautifully enhances the distinctively graceful style of Oban. This whisky was born from the memory of entering a pastry shop for the very first time. To create it, Glenmorangie take the delicate, fruity spirit of their giraffe-high stills and age it in American oak bourbon casks along with casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is like a silky dessert-filled daydream of white chocolate swirled with lemon cream, crème caramel, almond croissants... all balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt is a bold and vibrant whisky from Glasgow's original urban distillery, established in 1823. Uniquely triple distilled for a lighter, more refined character, it is matured across three cask types - American ex-bourbon, Spanish Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez - developing exceptional depth and richness. Layers of blackcurrant and plum unfold on the palate, complemented by notes of hazelnut, cinnamon, and butterscotch, before leading into a warm, sweet oak finish.

Ballindalloch, on the banks of the legendary salmon river, is for many the home of the definitive Cragganmore Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Hugely complex, rich with layers of flavour and a whiff of smoke in the finish. Aromatic and floral on the nose, with a hint of smoked almonds.
