A remarkable ingenuity defines the people of Jura, an ability to reimagine and reinvent that has allowed our Distillery and its working community to thrive. Such vision has brought to life this complex single malt - a fitting tribute to our Master Blender's skill - having been shaped by seven separate Oak woods: first-fill ex-bourbon American White Oak, Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Troncais & Limousin barrels.

On transatlantic voyages, barmen desperately stowed loose bottles onto racks to prevent breakages caused by the unrelenting pitch and roll of stormy weather on the high seas. Created in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker, the uniquely shaped bottle will sit and 'swing'. This was in fact the very last blend created by Alexander Walker, Master Blender par excellence and grandson of John Walker, during the golden age of travel in 1932. The Swing is a multi-year blend from Speyside, Highlands and Islay and is noted for its rich, golden colour and silky smooth palate with inherent sweetness.

Eagle Rare Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Every barrel is selected to offer consistent flavour but with a seemingly individual personality. A Bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience; The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

Aptly named, because when you think of Kentucky, you think Bourbon. The nose is toffee, fruit, eucalyptus and oak. The palate is cinnamon, toffee, caramel, pepper, oak, and spices. Age: Blended Age of 6-Years. Mash Bill: Blend of 72/13/15 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley & 52/38/10 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley

Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels of Jack Daniel's own making. This Tennessee Whiskey doesn't follow a calendar - it's only ready when the taster say it is. They judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. It's how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And how they still do it today.

A gentle dram with fruit notes, nutty flavours and slight hint of vanilla and caramel. Beautifully rich and a full-bodied finish.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using native Manuka wood and distilled through Thomson's copper pot stills. Natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, Manuka oils.

The creation of our Custodian Master Blender, intent on making a perfectly balanced and exceptionally smooth Scotch. Velvety, with hints of dark chocolate and multi-layered aromas of dried fruit and buttery toffee.

A 15 year-old expression of Singleton of Dufftown, Diageo's easy-drinking Speysider. This is a mix of European and American oak casks, producing a smooth, sweet, approachable style and a spicy, drying finish.

Made from 100% NZ grown malted barley, smoked using South Island Peat and distilled through Thomson's copper pot stills. Offers generous notes of Iodine, smoke, sweet vanillins.

Nose is 'vanilla lemon cake', the palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa.
