The first in their Aged Single Grain series saw Teeling explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, while their newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on the Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. It is initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for eleven years, followed by a secondary maturation in ex-Mugi Shochu Japanese Spirit casks for four years. It is bottled at 46%, with no chill filtration to capture all its natural identity and full intensity of flavour.
