The Spytail Rum Company is based in the cognac region of France - famous for not only its namesake brandy, but also the production of some of the finest spirits and liqueurs in the world.

Made using ingredients from the gardens and rockery at the distillery to give a different, seasonal taste to Rock Rose Gin. The challenge, was to make a citrus style gin using botanicals growing in the distillery garden and with no peels!

Classic London Dry style gin. A clean, zesty, juniper-forward gin which balances softness with bright citrus. Launched in 2010, This is a modern London Dry gin, with a nod to Scotland in its recipe including native plants and botanicals.

A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means they are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from their Dry Gin. Move over pink gin, Dancing Sands has bottled summer. Strawberries and rhubarb are infused with their Dry Gin as a nod to summer nostalgia. Because they are using real ingredients, the colour of the gin will fade and sediment will occur. Bottling nature doesn't stay pink for too long.

Produced in the USA, this flavoured whiskey is bursting with natural peanut butter flavours, notes of vanilla and caramel popcorn with warm whiskey undertones. Delicious neat or on the rocks, as a chilled shot, or a nutty twist on a classic cocktail, like the peanut butter espresso martini.

Torpedo Bay Spiced Rum is a salute to the New Zealand defence forces. Combining coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla and caramel with their very own rum distilled right here in NZ, produces a smooth tasty sipper neat or over rocks.

Bottled at a punchy 57.1%, it is a mightier and more flavourful version of our 171 London Dry and has been seasoned with English sea salt.
