Our 15-year-old Black River Casks is a tribute to the Black River that is integral to Jamaica's rum history and the source of the limestone-filtered water used to craft our rums. This blend of rare and hand-selected pot and column still rums are crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. It has a coppery hue appearance with a honey gold ring of age. This full-bodied rum reveals aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.

Aged in French, American and Hungarian Oak this tequila has added complexity and flavour. Aromas of sweet, lightly cooked agave with woody toasted dry fruits, vanilla, apricot and spicy oak. A soft, rich taste with flavours of honey, cinnamon and pear. Dried spices and pepper round out the apple notes with a long lingering finish.

Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Gran Reserva 23 is Matusalem's ultra-premium rum - an extra-aged elegant liquid for the sophisticated palate. It is rich and smooth, with a burst of spices venturing in for a memorable finish. The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

Made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito's is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but they think it's well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.
