A juniper forward palate followed by a fresh grapefruit and hop zest balanced against a highly aromatic kawakawa and gorse nose. Santisima Trinidad De Cuba 7 Ans is a light molasses rum in the Cuban tradition. Bright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate, there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.
