Using Portuguese ruby Port wine casks as the main flavour, Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish single malt whisky is first matured in specially selected American oak casks and then finished in port barriques. The ageing in barriques mellows the flavours and adds indefinable smoothness to the whisky. It is rich bodied with natural sweetness and complexity.

At the heart of Kavalan's inaugural gin is a rare malt spirit, made from Taiwan's purest water source. Triple-distilled and double charcoal-filtered for a luxuriously mellow mouth-feel, this Taiwanese gin is an elegant expression of the subtropical land of Yilan and nature's bounty. Eight specially selected botanical extracts, including tangy kumquat, luscious starfruit, and sweet red flesh guava, give this exceptionally fine gin its delicious aromatic complexity.

This unique blend contains only the finest single malt and grain Scotch whiskies, long aged in a variety of oak casks for many years before being blended and bottled in Scotland. The result is a whisky of top quality which is renowned throughout the world. Sweet vanilla toffee aromas with a pleasing spicy influence. On the palate it's creamy and warming, fruity with butterscotch. Finishes long and complex.

Crisp kaffir lime and mandarin, merge seamlessly with grapefruit peel, passion fruit, lime and a refreshingly dry juniper finish. Last Minute Gin is expertly distilled in small batches by their artisan master distiller to create a true craft product. Every part of its production is done by hand using traditional, time-tested methods.
