Under the watchful eye of The Dalmore's Master Distiller, this Highland single malt begins its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, developing the distillery's signature notes of chocolate, orange and spice. It is then finished in casks that held a bespoke Sherry blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez, crafted specifically to complement the house style. The result is a richly layered whisky, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.
