Crafted from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache, this pink French sparkler is a real sweetie in every sense of the word. Overflowing with vibrant raspberries, summer plums and florals, it's fleshy and lightly creamy on the palate with a nice clean bite to freshen up the finish.

Spicy at first with leather notes. It develops blackcurrant and toasted aromas. Full bodied, smooth tannins, a crisp acidity.

Babydoll's BABYDOLL sheep live beneath the vines, nibbling on grass and weeds and giving their name to these delicious wines. Small but mighty, they're wonderful groundskeepers. Yes, they need a little help to keep the mowing going. But it's all for the good of the grapes.

Crafted from vineyards positioned throughout Marlborough comes this rich, full bodied Pinot Gris. This stunningly juicy wine is dry in style, offering red apple, pear, stone-fruit and spice flavours with a soft, elegant finish.

A bright, vibrant red wine with fresh, fruity cherry aromas; attractive and persistent.

Delicate floral aromas pair with rich, dark fruit notes of cherry, boysenberry, and blackberry - followed by just a hint of spiced clove and cinnamon. A rich palate, with ample fine, chalky tannin gives structure and length to this wine, while balanced acidity lends energy and elegance.

The grapes were picked at between 13.5 to 14.0 Baume to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great wine. The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. Portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Careful tasting and blending, by Quarisa's winemaker, help produce this wine of style and great value for money.
