Taylor's Fine Ruby a blend of full bodied Port wines aged for around two years in large oak vats in Taylor's cellars, or 'lodges', in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Taylor's is now into it's fourth century, one of the very oldest of the Port companies. It is the last totally independent company of the original British Port houses - and is still family owned and managed. Taylor's is recognised for its consistent quality of Vintage Ports and for pioneering the successful 'Late Bottle Vintage' (LBV) style - a high quality ready-to-drink alternative to vintage port.

Man O' War Chardonnay exhibits intense ripe stone fruit characters with subtle hints of toasty French oak and a lovely nutty lees influence.

Akarua Rosé has a Pale Pink with clear hues. Brightly aromatic with cherry blossom, rose petal, perfume, pear, peach, and strawberry. A rich entry with vivid fruits of ripe stone fruit, strawberry, raspberry, nougat, biscuit, and lime. The palate is dry, medium bodied with vibrant acidity, lovely concentration, and weight. The wine finishes long with a touch of cranberry.

The cool yet sunny environment of Craggy Range's Te Awanga Vineyard near Cape Kidnappers allows the development of intense Chardonnay flavours in the grapes, captured using traditional winemaking techniques seen in the Chablis region of France. The wine's colour transforms into a pale straw hue, instantly evoking the coastal essence of the vineyard. The bouquet carries hints of oyster shells, sea spray, and cashews, further reinforcing its seaside character. A sense of vibrancy and freshness on the palate is complemented by lively acidity that doesn't compromise flavour. The taste of fresh lemon curd and subtle oak adds richness and makes for a delicious and invigorating palate.

Château La Chapelle Maillard is located on the hillsides of the Dordogne on the tip of the Saint-Emilion appellation. The soil is a mix of Castillon clay and Saint-Emilion limestone. The vineyard has been certified organic since the 1980s, applying the absolute minimum treatments to the vines and vinifying the fruit with minimal intervention to preserve its natural strengths. Ripe red and black fruit aromas complimented by a strong ruby-red colour in the glass. In the mouth, has a beautiful feel, pleasant by its roundness and velvety softness. The finish is silky with good aromatic persistence.

The Barossan showcases the superb fruit sourced from the many fabled sub-regions across the Barossa Valley. A selection of the Barossa's key growers, renowned for their quality and skill, have shared their passion and pristine fruit to create this ultimate expression of a great Barossa Grenache. The wine displays bright purple hues with a core of garnet red. The lifted palate is smooth and silky with raspberry, violet flower and a hint of dried sage. This juicy red wine is perfect to accompany antipasto dishes, smoked meats and many Asian-inspired dishes with a bit of spice. Tannins are restrained, so this is also a lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner option on its own and delicious when served slightly chilled.

Pinot gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris and is grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. The wines are chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.
