The intense character of TALISKER comes from fresh water drawn directly from underground springs next to the distillery, two very distinctive wash stills and wooden worm tub condensers which, along with its unusual ABV of 45.8%, help set Talisker apart from other malts.

Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes. Fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar on the palate.

Matured in American Oak Barrels and enhanced by a finesse in three different Sherry casks. A classic revelation from the Speyside Valley. A bouquet on the nose marked by freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, soon giving way to another level of charm as nuances of banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger completes this tapestry of temptation. A warm and inviting palate detects an avalanche of exotic flavours, glazed nectarines and frangipane, shortly enlightened by hints of sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges.

This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

The perfect accompaniment to the finest cigars, this single malt is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks , Matusalem oloroso sherry casks and Cabernet Sauvignon barriques.

Rich sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years for a creamy, silky-smooth, full-mouth feel.
