A gorgeous wine, with a dominant grape of Carignan grape. Just shows what old vines can do in the right soil. Rich, juicy and fruit-forward, it has aromas of white pepper, cassis, violets, and sage. Lush and decadent, with a lingering chocolate-raspberry finish.

Château La Chapelle Maillard is located on the hillsides of the Dordogne on the tip of the Saint-Emilion appellation. The soil is a mix of Castillon clay and Saint-Emilion limestone. The vineyard has been certified organic since the 1980s, applying the absolute minimum treatments to the vines and vinifying the fruit with minimal intervention to preserve its natural strengths. Ripe red and black fruit aromas complimented by a strong ruby-red colour in the glass. In the mouth, has a beautiful feel, pleasant by its roundness and velvety softness. The finish is silky with good aromatic persistence.

Church Road Chardonnay is a blend of wines from their best vineyards in the Tuki Tuki river valley, grown and crafted to deliver a full-bodied yet refined wine. This cooler wine growing district delivers beautifully fragrant Chardonnay with weight, minerality and fresh natural acidity. Subtle citrus, citrus flower, mineral, ripe melon, fig and hazelnut on the palate. The palate is full but elegant, with a seam of minerality adding length and balance.

Church Road Grand Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is complex, full and finely textured wine with great focus and length. An alternative, age-worthy expression of New Zealand's most famous grape variety. In the glass you'll find aromas of quince, nectarine, pink grapefruit and elderflower, enhanced with creamy complexity and subtle oak influence derived from wild fermentation and lees aging in French oak.
