Twenty of the industry's most exceptional minds from 16 countries were invited to the Glenfiddich distillery, given free rein to explore the vast warehouse, and each tasked to select a cask that intrigued them most - the result was a truly unique, pioneering expression. Project XX is a recreation of that extraordinary initial small vatting. With its deep golden hue, Project XX embodies the warm, fruity character of a classic Glenfiddich with aromas of apple blossom, summer fruits and plump pear. A perfect balance of rich vanilla oak with golden sugar and a touch of liquorice. The palate is deep and mellow, the candyfloss sweetness is complemented by unusual notes of toasted almonds and cinnamon and a hint of crisp tannin. Finishes long with a savoured sweet oakiness.

Glenfiddich's Malt Master Brian Kinsman travelled to Canada to meet a renowned winemaker in Niagara. There he learned how the grapes had to be picked by moonlight at -10ºC to produce the intensely sweet Icewine. Brian started experimenting with several French oak Icewine casks from the Canadian winery - only the rarer whiskies, those aged for 21 years, could cope with the extra Icewine intensity. The taste is a perfect combination of both pioneering liquids, the heightened candied sweets and oakiness of Glenfiddich are complemented by mouth-watering tropical fruit notes and a luscious sweetness from the unique Icewine cask finish.

Glenglassaugh 12 Years Old is a harmonious balance of their signature coastal style; lush, tropical and coastal. Matured in bourbon, sherry and red wine casks for luscious waves of ripe fruit carried on an ocean breeze. COLOUR: Luminous gold. NOSE: Sweet coastal waves of ripe apricot and fig meld with toasted vanilla and tropical flora, carried on a warm ocean breeze. TASTE: Candied pistachio, date and sweet fig roll into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream, infused with fresh coastal air.

Aromas of dark berry and blackcurrant are balanced, liquorice and cardamom spice. The palate is medium in weight with ripe berry fruit and sweet spices of nutmeg and cinnamon and a subtle peppery finish.

This whisky is Dr Bill's attempt to bottle the magic of sunset, with its endless horizon of reds, oranges and purples. The Lasanta begins with their giraffe-high stills, which yield a deliciously delicate and fruity spirit. Next, they mature it in bourbon and sherry casks for 12 years, transforming it into a mouth-watering odyssey bursting with rich spiciness and sun-drenched sweetness. It radiates with raisins, honeycomb and chocolate-covered hazelnuts lightened by cinnamon breezes. Each time you watch the sunset, you see something different - this is how it is to drink Lasanta.

To create it, Glenmorangie take the delicate, fruity spirit of their giraffe-high stills and age it in American oak bourbon casks along with casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is like a silky dessert-filled daydream of white chocolate swirled with lemon cream, crème caramel, almond croissants... all balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged for a further two years, it is even smoother, creamier and more luscious than The Original 10YO. And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

The last hours of a perfect autumn day when the world looks like a golden dream filled with cookie-coloured leaves and butterscotch skies... What would that taste like? The answer is, this dazzling, luminous whisky - a rhapsody of warm tones like purple heather, leaves swirling in the wind and hues of lemon, copper and gold. To create it, Glenmorangie gather the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, they transfer a portion into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie reunite them to create its warm balance of sweet, floral lushness.
