It opens with floral honey and bright citrus on the nose, unfolding into a smooth palate of silky sweetness, vibrant fruit, earthy depth, and gentle peppery spice. A very special limited edition, handmade and numbered run for collectors and connoisseurs - where no two Ti-toki vessels are identical. For this special edition, artist/owner Karuna Douglas has taken inspiration from the original chocolate brown Ti-toki Liqueur 'crock' which were crafted by Orzel Pottery in 1979.

Made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito's is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but they think it's well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

The Tomatin 12-Year-Old is classically smooth, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. Aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar soon sweeten to reveal notes of crème caramel with apples, pears and mango before a full-bodied and buttery finish, the 12-year-old is a distinguished sherry cask whisky with a little something different.

The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

Cù Bòcan Signature: Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry + North American Virgin Oak Casks. In the whisky that made Cù Bòcan's name, light smoke intertwines with rich citrus and exotic spices. Subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet, it opens up the world of lightly peated whisky.

When Tomatin Distillery was established in 1897, the isolated and idyllic setting of Tomatin was almost perfect. However there wasn't a local workforce; the local inhabitants were scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. The company began a project of construction to accommodate its workforce. Since that time the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. This legacy has continued and Tomatin remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its dedicated craftsmen. Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, a non-peaty scotch which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger emerge ahead of a light, clean finish.
