Using a style of Pot Still whiskey reflective of the Midleton Distillery tradition, Redbreast 21YO represents the ultimate expression of Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. The 21 year ageing process introduces new levels of depth, flavour and taste, creating a complex and rewarding whiskey. Abundantly aromatic and fruitful, and produced in very limited quantities, this 21YO Redbreast is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.

Redbreast's signature bottling, Redbreast 12YO boasts the complexity and distinctive qualities of pot still whiskey. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in every bottle. On the nose a complex spicy and fruity aroma with toasted wood notes. The palate is full-flavoured and complex, silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes. The finish is satisfyingly long while the complex flavours linger on the palate.

Roe & Co is a new premium Blended Irish Whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish Whiskey. Refined, elegant, and with remarkable depth, a masterful blend of rich malt whiskey and the smoothest of grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks.

Aged in first-fill American oak casks, this is creamy and sweet with notes of tropical fruit and heather.

The Second bottle in the series of 4 limited release bottles by the Scapegrace distillery. A limited run of 7,824 bottles this whisky is made from New Zealand Laureate grain and as aged in virgin French oak casks. Scapegraces Master Distiller , Anthony Lawry, describes the whisky as having flavours of citrus blossom and poached pears. Elegant all-spice. The whisky reaches back longer than the Scapegrace distillery itself as Doug and Anthony started making this whisky long before Scapegrace put its branding on the barrels.
