The first in their Aged Single Grain series saw Teeling explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, while their newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on the Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a distinctive blend of hand-selected grain and malt whiskeys, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before spending up to 12 months in Central American rum casks. This unique finishing process brings layers of dried fruit, rum raisin, vanilla, and warm allspice to its naturally rich character. Non chill filtered it delivers a smooth, creamy palate balanced by apricot, gentle spice, and lingering oak for a long, warming finish.

The classic Arran 10YO Single Malt encompasses the unique taste of the beautiful island they call home and is one of the best single malt whiskies Scotland has to offer. Nose of candied citrus and honey, liquorice and butterscotch with the addition of water. The palate is classic Arran. The citrus notes have rounded with age and reveal new depths of character against a background of sweet oak and apple. Sweet spice coats the tongue, with notes of hazelnut and cinnamon. Growing Wings is the second expression of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky coming of age. Aged for five years in a marriage of specially selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butts and ex-Bourbon barrels, Growing Wings is decadently rich and delivered at natural cask strength. Under the watchful eye of The Dalmore's Master Distiller, this Highland single malt begins its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, developing the distillery's signature notes of chocolate, orange and spice. It is then finished in casks that held a bespoke Sherry blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez, crafted specifically to complement the house style. The result is a richly layered whisky, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 12 is a Highland Single Malt shaped by careful maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rare, aged Oloroso Sherry casks. It opens with notes of citrus fruit, chocolate and aromatic spice, leading into a rich palate of Seville oranges, dried fruits and vanilla. The finish brings roasted coffee and dark chocolate, leaving a warm, lingering impression.
